Property Description:
‘’One of just a small collection of estate properties sited along the oceanfront of Southern California’s majestic coastline.A panoramic expanse of blufftop land spanning nearly three acres, and a refined residential compound with arboreal, verdant grounds and lush gardens are set before a spectacular tableau of sea, sky, and sunsets. The idyllic respite is exceptionally private, protected by both guarded community, and property gates, while the oceanfront elevation is cloistered by an avenue of magnificent mature cypress. The main house and guest quarters were originally directed in 2007 by acclaimed local architect James Glover, to reflect Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean influences, and perfectly capture the elements of the natural setting. Over the last several years, the interior and exterior environs were completely reimagined. Every detail was considered to enhance the generous presentation – the finest materials and construction processes were employed, redefining the property and its elegant yet intrinsically livable spaces. The six bedrooms, eleven baths, myriad formal and informal dwelling and entertaining areas, along with a separated guest house are now refined by a sophisticated, neutral palette and assemblage of enlightened furnishings and finishes. An enchanting compilation of opportunities to enjoy the sublime seaside locale including terraces, secluded courtyards, meandering paths, and nearly 500’ of frontage with a 55-foot swimming pool are set above an uncommonly untouched beach and world class surf break. This remarkable property, its extraordinary attributes, captivating views, and rarefied location are an offering beyond compare.’’

I started watching Enes when he had 300k subscribers. It's crazy how much the production value has grown. You can tell he's passionate about everything he does. Mansions aren't just big houses for rich people. They're a testament to the skill of the architects and craftsmen who create them. Love this channel.

It's an interesting design. They moved the gym to the garage, the office to the guest house, and set up a bar and spa in a small corner. What did they do with the remaining space? Sitting areas, more sitting areas, and even more sitting areas. You can imagine how to enjoy this property: wake up and sit for a few minutes in each sitting area or dining area, and then the day is over. 😂

it's screaming iconicity and pure work of art...if i had 55 million dollars, it would've already been mine

More of this please! So much better than soulless glass boxes. This is a Tuscan style property to be precise Enes. It would be even better in few years when the grounds/flora are more mature

This is one of the most beautiful houses that you have ever presented….I could actually see a human being living comfortably in this place…as opposed to a lot of the places looking like hospitals….this place is amazing…..good job.

from the little glimpse of the footage of this property they took the first time, it looks like it would have been way more interesting. the landscaping was more lush and the furnishings had way more character. i feel like it's been stripped down and trying to look more minimalist california modern. that house deserves so much better staging and it showed with just a flash of what it used to look like.

probably the best house he's ever toured. by far one of the few that seems like its somewhere you and a family could actually live instead of some soulless box thats made for show

Nice to see a home that doesn't look like an office building.

I built the first new home in this neighborhood back in 1989. Casa Pacifica was the only other residence for years. Used to walk my dog on this lot and check out the surf from the bluff. There was a beach in front of the railroad tracks that was 30-50 yards wide with beautiful white sand. We had an access gate right in front of the beach. You had to cross the railroad tracks to get to the beach but honestly that was no big deal. I lived there for 9 years and loved it! I like surfing Lowers but if Cotton Point was firing, that's where I would go. It can be as good as Lowers but it's fickle so unless you live there, it's easy to miss the magic days where it's perfect with almost no one out. But in 2024, unfortunately the beach at Cotton Point has been almost completely eroded away. The waves break right on the rocks supporting the railroad track. As far as I know the access gate to Trestles beach located about 100 feet north of this property is still functional but when you cross the railroad tracks you're in the water, so for most people it's useless. You can walk along side the railroad tracks and go under the trestle at Upper Trestles to get to a nice beach, but it's a scary walk if a train goes by. Cypress Shores allowed Cotten Point residents beach access but you have to go out the gated entrance to the neighborhood and around the corner which would be at least a 15 minute walk. Without direct access to a beach, this property is really compromised. There's direct ocean access, but not direct beach access. In the 90's it was amazing. Beach access aside, for the location I'd still say for a surfer this is a fabulous property!
