Can Introverts Become Successful in Sales? My Personal Story

Can introverts become successful at sales?

That's the question, and the answer is yes, and the reason why I know is because I used to be the most introverted guy ever.

I remember I even had to read a book called 'How to talk to anybody about anything' because I was so confused in any social situation.

I didn't know how to keep a conversation going.

I was the awkward kid. I grew up with five brothers, and I wouldn't even hang out with them.

I would lock myself in my room, and they would have to come in, and I thought they were bothering me.

I had almost no friends growing up, and yet I've been able to sell millions of dollars worth of deals.

I run a few successful companies now.

So how did I do it?

How did I, an introvert, become successful at sales?

And how can you do the same thing?

Even if you're too scared to get on the phone with a client? Stick around.

I wholeheartedly agree with this Alex, as an introvert myself, I took up a door-to-door sales job and that completely changed outlook. Great message

It really sucks listening to yourself, thinking you're total hype, and finding out you are monotone and boring.
