Forget the College DLC and go for the Navy DLC, you get to go to some pretty cool places and all are on the beach like Italy, the French Riviera, many islands in the indian ocean or the Pacific and you do learn excellent in game skills all while being paid in game currency at the same time. Oh and you can also attain the college DLC while sailing to said hot spots and also be awarded in game currency of 40k to continue the Education Expansion pack DLC for a Masters Degree if you want one. 4 years of going to the best beaches on the planet was sure nice.
