So predetermined outcome, no, , but weighted more toward the lower pay jackpots for the combination, yes.

Regarding whether picks are predetermined, I heard that if at the end of making your selections, the icons flip and show you their values, that machine DID NOT predetermine your the values on the icons. In contrast, if the icons do not eventually show their values after you made your "choices, " then that machine has predetermined the values of the icons.
