Cheers for that... Your trick fitting the kick start spring worked a charm on my Gilera runner 70cc. I didnt have any wood so just did it in my lap, but the spring is installed, my kick start is working sweet and all fingers are intact. Love the channel im watching from the U.K 😎👍

My clip keeps coming off when I go to hook the spring up it almost acts like there is too much tension or am I doing something wrong

I’ve rebuilt my Kickstarter three times like by replacing the gear and spraying and it won’t never spring back and now it doesn’t Engage until like the kickers halfway down any idea what’s going on I’m so sick of replacing the kicker gear and spring for nothing

Thanks for the vid! I just bought the Stage6 MKII clutch from you guys. It worked great on my other bike. On the nx50, it will rev up to about 4500 rpms and then engage and then the engine struggles to move the bike much at all. Do I need to back off the tension on the clutch springs?

What’s a good carb ? for a sym dd50 build with 72 corsa, arrow exhaust Keli clutch, Keli variator with 5.5/6g weights. Got 1500 contra and yellow polini clutch springs?. It runs good hit 62 top speed. But it runs a little high on the temp around 350.

What carb would you recommend?
I have a obo carb with 50 pilot and 142 main.
