Matt, When my PI case settles do lose my disability and Hud/Vash voucher for my rent? Hud/Vash is a military voucher.
Im getting ready too put my demand letter together, but i dont know if i should right now? My needs to fuse my Si joint now. March 12, he wanted too last july in that surgery, but he told me as they wheeling into operating room ? I said well can you do it later if its a problem too, he said yes, so we with his plan, which was very major, remove all harewear refuse the facet joint at L4 and check them all and put 1 rod on each side from L2 to Si, which he did a great job 4hr opration! Im grateful my dont hurt like the hell i was in, but once all that healed up from july 22 to Dec, then i notice the pain in the Si joint, so he sent me for Si injection and that helped for 2 weeks. So i was thing about therapy before surgery? So no one can say i didnt try? Even i had 2 .months of it last yr? Well im also looking at surgery for a spine cord stim for my neck, cause pain and mri shows the accident injured 2 disc, but i had neck surgery 3 months before the accident and that did the surgery doesnt recommend another neck. Surgery to high risk? Dr Sundberg said, so after the scs and the Si surgery, im hoping i can live some type of life, sick of laying in bed?
Well i thought i would ask what happens after. , because. I will never work again. Unless i want to risk being worse ?
