banana oats muffins

100g cottage cheese low fat
1 medium banana
100g oats, 50g of which blend as a flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon powder


Cooking:
Mix cottage cheese, oats, egg, honey, cinnamon powder and baking powder.
Blend it well.
Put in silicon forms (1/2) mixture.
Heat oven 180 degree.
Put it inside and bake for 40 min.
Serve with extra honey.
