This pumpkin gnocchi uses pumpkin puree (or roasted pumpkin!) to create a delicious and easy gnocchi for the fall! Let me show you a few ways to create the ridges on your pumpkin gnocchi, as well as how to take them to the next level and shape each gnocchi into mini pumpkins!! I also show you how to make a creamy brown butter and sage sauce; the perfect sauce to smother your pumpkin gnocchi with!

🥑🍓🥦🍉🍋 INGREDIENTS 🥔🥚🍫🧁🎂🍰
Pumpkin Gnocchi
3 cups (360 grams) tipo '00' flour (plain or all-purpose flour will work too!)
1 can (2 cups, 14 oz., 425 grams) plain pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. (2 grams) nutmeg (optional)
sunflower seeds, for decoration (optional)
parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated to serve
Brown Butter Sage Sauce
3 tbsp. (40 grams) butter
2 tsp. (2 grams) dried sage
This recipe serves 4 people as a main course
