Hey Ry, very good video on accesory tips. Nicely done. I have 2 out of 3. Bet you know the one I do not have. Yes, the head lamp. Yes, long large meat cooks run into the dark hours. Not being able to see well can cause you to make mistakes e.g. not seeing when something is burning you may be searing in the firebox. Happened to me. I do have some light on the patio but not where it counts. May have to get a headlamp. Thanks

The first two are no-brainers, and anyone who works on their own cars already has the gloves to make it easier to clean up after a greasy job (and any local auto parts store sells then in boxes of 100). The headlamp I hadn't thought of...and I already have 3!
