Thank you sooo much from 🇬🇧. Its 0400 here and I'm awake; it's nearly 10 days post op surgery; lumpecomy and sentinel node biopsy. These last 2 days I have noticed a new kind of pain in my arm of surgery side. And know its got to be linked to the lymph node biopsy. When I focus on my post op exercises x3 daily ( yup, I was not being so diligent) the pain improved within 1 day. Your video helped me embed the importance of preventing as far as is in my control. So, I'm now gonna run through my exercises, after a cuppa tea. 😊

This is very helpful, thanks for making this video. I just had left breast mastectomy with lymph node sentinel dissection nearly 4weeks ago now. This is my worry, to develop a lymphoedema. But I'm doing some exercises to improve my left arm . I was given a booklet of arm exercises by the breast nurse specialist. It's been very helpful so far.. Please keep making videos like this.
