Yuri on Ice was already an amazing soundtrack. Less than 10 days ago I watched my two dearest friends walk down the aisle to this song, and I now I cannot hear this without seeing the both of them standing with one another, seeing each other's wedding gowns for the first time, looking into each other's eyes and knowing they were about to be married, and no one there cared that it was a same-sex wedding, only that they found one another and fell in love.

That day, everything was timed perfectly with this song. It will always represent the purest love two people can share, and your arrangement helped create one of the most perfect moments I've ever witnessed in my life, and the happiest day in the lives of my dearest friends.

It's been a while since I've seen you do some fast RH technical stuff, especially the middle section of the ERASED ED you did months back.

I dunno what it is about this song, but it's so beautiful and emotional. I love it. It tells a rollercoaster of a story, wait, lemme explain.
In the show, we start off with seeing Yuuri hopeless. The song starts with a sad, melancholy tune that screams, "I have no will left; I give up!"
Then it changes. Viktor shows up and shows Yuuri what happiness is. He, well, basically saves Yuuri. Yuuri wants to impress Viktor, to prove that he's worthy of being his apprentice. The music represents how Yuuri found motivation. Instead of saying "I have no hope, " it says, "I want to try everything."
Then it changes again. I think this is where Yuuri realizes that he loves Viktor. Probably around episode 7, I think. The music speaks of unconditional love, almost like Agape. (Is that how you spell Agape???)
Near the end, it combines motivation _and_ love. Because, now, Yuuri has both. He is, finally, truly happy.

This piece is literally inspired from Yuuri's life story. The time of his failures where he gave up, to the moment where he met Victor, and where he finally gained the strength to stand up again. It is such a powerful piece full of inspiration and hope. I never heard a piece with a message so distinct and loud that instantly makes me aware of its meaning. It is truly classically beautiful.
