Hello, I'm facing an issue where the screen is constantly stuck on loading in the launcher. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm stuck on "Enter your nickname" screen. Mouse seems not to be working. I tried the cmd+tab but nothing changes. Anyone knows the solution?
