Few things for this: 1. Clean your hair tools such as brushes and combs with soapy water. 2. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove buildup. 3. Shampoo twice and only your roots and condition only your lengths and ends.

if it’s greasy i recommend to change your shampoo for more mild one and remember to wash your pillow and your brush, ofc there can be over causes

this is for anyone with long hair try washing you scalp with just shampoo and then just the ends with conditioner shampoo is for cleaning your hair and conditioner is for detangling and the shampoo will still get on your ends when you rinse it out.

For greasy hair use a light conditioner after washing hair

Can someone tell me, why does my hair feel so thin and dry as well as rubbery after showering with shampoo (feels tangled, stiff, thin)? It goes away after conditioner but I’m still so confused. But after the shower it’s soft and fluffy.
