We cannot resist a salty, sweet, and crunchy combo 😋 This pretzel bark is just that and more.
It’s a treat with hidden benefits… adding a scoop of our hormone supporting superfoods turns a classic chocolate dipped pretzel into a functional wellness treat!
We also used gluten-free pretzel and a good quality dark chocolate to make it even more hormone friendly.
Only problem is that it’s too small of a batch 😉
SALTY PEANUT PRETZEL BARK
Servings: 2
Prep time: 5 min
Ingredients:
✨1 cup gluten-free pretzels
✨¼ cup chopped dark chocolate, melted
✨1 Tbsp peanut butter
✨1 scoop beeya seeds
✨¼ cup salted peanuts, chopped
Steps:
1️⃣ Stir the melted chocolate, peanut butter and beeya together.
2️⃣ Combine the chocolate with the pretzels and spread out onto a parchment paper.
3️⃣ Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and transfer to the fridge or freezer to set.
