Kudos to you sis..for your voicing these truths.God bless you.May He crush and demolish all the smear-campaigns and their effects on kind and empathetic people, may He expose the narcs and punish them in His divine vengeance for the pain and destruction they cause. A while ago I discovered these verses in the Bible:
Matthew 12: 33-37
"A tree is recognized by its fruit. For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgement for every careless word they have spoken. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."
Proverbs 26: 23 -26
"Like a coating of glaze over earthenware are fervent lips with an evil heart. A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but in his heart he harbors deceit. Though his speech is charming, do not believe him, for seven abominations fill his heart.

So many fathers and parents do not 'build up' their children, but instead tear down their self-esteem with devastating, destructive words that have lifelong effects (Rev Derek Prince deems them as curses - any authoritative figures).
