im sorry but i think its weird how the spotter is teaching her a backflip but not correcting her when shes doing it wrong and could injure herslef

Am in cheer and am doing fulls but you should try to look at a high surface don’t throw your head back and push with your arms and shoulders and push up/pull up and tuck your legs that’s why it’s called a back tuck! But honestly you did really good!

hi! just a few tips.. ( i’m a formal D1 gymnast and just wanted to give some advice. your tuck is already super good!)

1) don’t throw your head back ! try to look at the wall as long as you can before you fully rotate over. (i promise it helps!)

2) you got to tuck girl! bring your hips in towards your lower body and as well as your shins then pop out once you fully rotate.

3) keep your legs bent and tucked. you are almost doing a layout and not a tuck. but if your doing a layout, you already have some progress!

That was rlly good but you should try to tuck more and don’t throw your head back it will make it a lot easier
This is how not to throw your head back find a spot to look at in front of you the n do your backtuck and look at the spot for as long as you can (I til your knees flip you over)
