There is no such thing as a 16th 17th or 18th edition compliant tester, the NICEIC /JIB NAPIT OR the EIT wiring regs has any say as to what make or brand of meter can and cannot be used the tester test values have been the same since the first edition of the wiring regulations they have never changed. Even the bakolight crank opporated mega is still suetible to use to day. fact
