iMO, The 20year old "Shooter" is ONLY A DECOY !! The REAL SHOOTER IS HIDDEN INSIDE THE BUILDING, not on top!!!🤯 How come there are 8 cartridge from bullets on the roof, when there are 3 distinct different sound of shots. 3 muffed shots with about 1second interval.
