If you want to see a movie where the mummy runs around killing people this is not for you. If you are interested in a movie where the main characters, not the mummy, are interesting to watch and you get to know them through their dialogue with each other you should enjoy this movie.

The movie is fine. The story, the acting... all fine. It is just a quaint little story. A little spookey. Pace is just steady. Reasonably entertaining 🙂

The dead "rat" was the final Then, "if we could get her body going..." Priceless. I am now waiting for Kenneth Williams to pop up as Kheneptah!!! "Ere, stop messing about!" "All we need is some of your blood." As you do at a first meeting.... This film has really cheered me up, and made me realise that I am a genius scriptwriter.

Decent build up and ending. The writers were correct on many things& some has to be just accepted. No way was it fair skinned and no way was it able to be started by up again with just adrenalin. Brain activity, well there was no brain and all the organs are removed...so no heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and other guts. So, all that was left in and it did not rot in 4000 years(forget about that and it works)

Well....not exactly a "Blockbuster" movie, not by any stretch of the imagination....LOL..!! In my own opinion, the old archaeologist was the only actor who was believable. The two young men appeared to be trying a bit too hard to act and sound like actors...if that makes any sense. They just were not believable, especially the young man Everett. His portrayal was almost tongue-in-cheek, not scary at all. The young maid did a good job with what she had to work with. The period setting was enjoyable.
