ARROZ POBLANO INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
► 2 poblano peppers
► 1/4 white onion
► 2 garlic cloves
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1/4 tsp black pepper
► Salt to taste
► 1 cup of water
For the rice
► 1 1/2 tbsp butter
► 1/4 white onion
► 1 minced garlic clove
► 1 cup of rice (I'm using Jasmine rice)
► 1 roasted poblano pepper
► 6 oz of corn
► 1 tsp chicken bouillon
► Some butter

My mother always made a similar recipe; she used sweet green peppers - tasted great without the HEAT - abuelita’s recipe from 1940 - 2014. Now I make it in their memory.
