I make mine a little different. I cook my brown rice in a rice cooker with olive oil. I mix the raw spinach, cilantro and green onions with a little water and lemon juice in the blender. As soon as the rice is done, I add the blender mixture and stir. Put the lid back on for 10 minutes. I take it to potluck dinners and always too an empty dish home 😃
