The people at 12:30 get no sympathy. That storm was forecast and they had PLENTY of time to put something up at those glass windows and doors. What were they thinking? Why would you stay and not board anything up? Plastic & industrial tape, boarding and/or appropriate storm covers were easy to get and use. You live DIRECTLY on the ocean so you have an obligation to do better. I have no sympathy for people living directly on the ocean who fail to plan for such eventualities. They always happen eventually. And, as I said, that storm was forecast correctly so they knew it was coming and had loads of time to prepare. That was no flash disaster or flash flood for them.

Two items are annoying 1. Your title claims to be 2024; within the first minutes the audio claims at least one from 2011. 2. Many incidents, perhaps all, are reversed on screen, suggesting theft of others' videos. I won't watch the rest.
