A can't put any seed to crop plot. It doesn't matter how big it is or what seed. They just don't transfer there. Crops are watered and fertilized. Is that some bug?

I made the green house but in wood because I was to lazy to make to green house walls and stuff lol😂😂

I have a question, why when I put the TAB no water is dropping but it is working and there is water splash sounds, same with rain when it rains the or sound but no water dropping.
