🥗 Try this vibrant and flavorful Spinach ,Radish ,Eggs and Avocado Salad recipe for a healthy and delicious meal!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of spinach
• 1 1/2 cups of sliced radishes
• 1 cup of cubed avocado
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, cubed
• 4-6 scallion sprigs, chopped
• A small bunch of parsley
• 2-3 garlic cloves
• 3-4 tbsp of avocado oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. In a salad bowl, combine spinach, sliced radishes, cubed avocado, hard-boiled eggs, scallions, salt, and pepper.
