Just wanted to thank you for the excellent video. I just received my 24000 unit the day after Christmas. First unit arrived damaged but they picked it up and sent another quickly. Mine came with the black lineset as well and no through wall sleeve as well. I know these units are made by Gree so hopefully they are decent units. I liked the idea of the inserts you used to bend the line set. I ordered a fairly cheap set from Amazon for use on mine.

Excellent video. I installed my TOSOT 2400 two weeks ago. Yours came with some extras that were nice. A through the wall sleeve's and the copper pipes wrapped in white, mine came in black. No problem but the white looks better. Just so you know the remote will work both because it has to be aimed at the unit. They give you 2 remotes because usually people install the dual in 2 seperate rooms. The app works perfect on these. All in all with the warranty these units are great! Thanks.

Good video we also bought the same 36000 BTU from Tosot. But we have had a bad experience with Tosot. We spoke with there support before buying our 36000 BTU and was told it was a DYI. Not so we had a E1 error on one unit and was told it had to be installed by a HAVC tech and it was not covered and would not provide support. Very bad customer service,

Nice job, did you take amp readings to see how much power it takes to run it. I have seen 36k units show 27 Amps in the specs, but what does it actually use. thank you

The professionals all say these units won't last and no one will service them. Please help me get comfortable following your lead on installing one of these. I'm very handy and I'm not concerned about that and if there is a problem I know I could troubleshoot, but when I sell I want to feel good for the next owner.

I need to know what are the rules about running the lines of a mini split, can the line be run up and out or change elevations? Instead of a level direct run out from the head unit?
