Teacher Workshop Preventing Bullying & Empowering Students

Hosted by the Violence Prevention Initiative (VPI), now Center for Violence Prevention, at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), this webinar focuses on a topic imperative for schools to address—bullying. The webinar aims to provide information and actionable tips/resources on addressing bullying in a positive way. The target audience is teachers, school counselors, and administrators in elementary and middle school grades.
The webinar is presented by Stephen Leff, PhD, psychologist, co-director of VPI and a nationally recognized leader in aggression and bullying prevention programming, and Christine Waanders, PhD, a clinical psychologist at CHOP and the clinical supervisor for the Preventing Aggression in Schools Everyday Program (PRAISE), which is part of VPI.
