to the people that don’t know what asthma feels like, it feels like no matter how hard you try to breath, you can never get enough air. as an asthmatic, it is truly terrifying.

Asthma is a very annoying and scary condition. My worst experience was one night when I had an attack. I couldn’t tell anyone what was happening. The words just can’t come out. I saw everyone as tiny particles and lots of tears came down my cheeks. At that point, I felt I was going to die cox I was literally out of the world. I could only see little stars all around.

Luckily, I was rushed to the ER and I got better in a few hours. When I got fine, everything felt like a dream. I couldn’t explain to anyone. They only said I passed out.

Asthma is terrible. It can kill you in a flash.

I pray that anyone reading this doesn’t get caught up in this chronic condition.

People with asthma know the struggle of coughing so hard that it feels like they're vomiting their lungs out.

the worst feeling is when you want to explain to someone that you have asthma while you're having an attack, so you can't breathe even more and you seem so scared

I came here because I had a relative who died because of asthma attacks and gosh! this is terrifying. It makes me anxious and overwhelmed as well, like how fragile these people are, in just one snap they may leave us. It makes me want to be healthier than ever and live a healthy lifestyle. To all people who are suffering from asthma, I salute you all for being so strong and for keeping up! Stay healthy! Keep safe! Be careful always and don't forget your medications. God is with us.

As a person who has asthma, this is really true. When I was little I had asthma attack almost every night, I felt like I was cursed. Even my older brother has asthma and had asthma attack almost every night to. I couldn’t get enough air and I thought that I was gonna die. I always cried when I had an asthma attack. When you have asthma you also have a weak immune system. To the people who don’t have asthma, I’m glad you don’t, and have good prayers! To the person who invented the inhaler, I like to thank you!

My asthma never really makes me cough. It's more just that I struggle to inhale. Exhaling is easy enough though. Guess it affects people differently.

I don’t have asthma but my mom does. I see how much she struggles to breathe normally, especially now because of her bad heart. This video gives me a better understanding about what she goes through in her normal life. Thank you
