raid those stash houses because they can fully refill your bunker or one other of your businesses. Sometimes there are "events" with npc's in suv's and they also have supplies that refill as well.

EDIT: To clarify on the SUV'S, there will be NPC's driving around in a silver Patriot that has supplies you can steal.

Auto shop was by far my best purchase for the ability to upgrade cars regardless of my lvl 42 character

Step 2. Acid lab $500, 000
Step 3. Bunker & all mc businesses except cash. $2, 500, 000 (I sell all solo. Join new session if you get vans, bc vans is impossible in the time limit)
Step 4. Cayo again.
Easiest grind i do daily to make 5mil.
Also nightclub safe - $250k
Acid lab again - $500k
But doing this should take you about 3hrs.
Personally i leave my ps5 on when i go to work/school so it fills up while I'm gone.

The bunker generates excess weapon parts about every ingame day or two even without supply. It's an easy $50k just taking 10ish mins or so to sell to ammunation

I will throw in another idea as well for a passive income business, The bunker. Yes you will pay for the supplies but is still one of the good passive income business. I been a Solo player and i do enjoy much of the passive business of the bunker, there is still some money to the side if you want to sell some ammo to the weapons shop to have some which is good. Just another idea for this route if you wanted do add another way to make money.

My routine is to go to my 5 large warehouses and the hangar and send my staff to source cargo, then I’ll go and do 2 tow truck missions at the salvage yard. After that I will then find the 3 dealers for the day and sell everything I can to all 3 of them, then I’ll raid the daily stash house.

Then while waiting for the crate sourcing to reset I’ll do a mix of phone assassination/agency mission/auto shop car deliveries while simultaneously doing the new car theft heists that reset weekly.

Doing this I have accumulated about 20-25 million in less than a week. I wait until all 5 of my warehouses are completely full with 111 crates and sell all 5.

I havent added Cayo perico into my routine as I couldn’t quite get to grips with it as a reliable go to option

you could make so much more if you have cargo warehouses as well. just show up every 45 minutes in between jobs and pay the workers 7500 to source crates. they slowly fill the warehouse but its quick to make a trip and before you know it you got a cpl mill in a couple full warehouses with super easy sell missions

i think now in gta, there’s so many ways to make money. my only problem, was how should i do everything at once to make the most money effectively. seeing how he goes step by step, makes me wanna try my own method like this. normally i ran around the map waiting for cayo. i’m about to take my grinding to the next level!!

The hanger is low-key good i get about 10 mil in about 4 hours of grinding with the bunker, night club and the acid lab, i sell either narcotics or chemicals

Remember. The stash houses gives you full supplies to a random business so if you don't own other businesses you can get a very easy full supplies every day.

Salvage yard is useless when you can just do 2 agency contracts for over 100k which takes about 15 minutes
