How to merge onto the Highway in BURNABY BC [HWY 1]

In this video i cover merging onto the highway and exiting off.
Entering at the same or higher speed as the flow of traffic is important, however remembering to respect other vehicles and the speed limit is crucial.
When exiting. Merge off first then only reduce your speed and begin slowing down.
