Easy Homemade Alcapurrias

Alcapurria is a fritter made of green banana and yautia(taro root) stuffed with meat. It is a popular fritter dish in Puerto Rico.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. yautia
5-6 pcs. green banana
1 large plantain banana
picadillo for filling
3 tsp. adobo seasoning
1 tsp salt (may add more according to taste preference )
2-3 packet/sachet sazon powder
oil for frying
