Ingredients:

2 (1lb) Yautia (root vegetable - tarro)
5 Green Bananas
2 Green Plantains (platano)
1/4 TS of Salt
1 Package of Sazon (con achiote y culantro)
OIL - TO FRY THESE BAD BOYS UP!

---------

Picadillo (Meat Filling)

1 lb of Ground Beef (80/20)
4 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1/2 small onion (minced)
2 Packages of Sazon (con azafran)
1 Teaspoon of Adobo
2 Tablespoons of Goya tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Goya Sofrito (tomato based)

Hi I just watched 4 alcapurias videos and you have the simplest and quick version thank you may try air flying and hope taste is not compromise if not back to the frying pan LOL

Hello, you can mix some sazon with a little bit of oil or whatever amount you think you'll need and put a little all around the paper and then put the masa on it so it won't stick as much 😊

al platano y guineo hay q rasparlo x encima con el cuchillo para sacarle la mancha y luego molerlo... y la masa tiene q quedar un poco dura de consistencia porq miy liquida da trabajo doblarlas. pero se ven bien las tuyas

I just tried making them for the very first time but they were breaking apart by sticking to the bottom of the fryer, they didn’t burn though. Tasted great but looked terrible lol🤣
