Somebody at Warner needs to take control of this universe if its ever going to work, movies like Joker and The Batman shouldn't be allowed to just exist in a bubble if Warner are serious about creating a shared universe then every movie needs fit into the overall arc somewhere, enough of this bullshit where "this director has a vision and we respect that" no Warner you own the fucking DC universe not the director, they can still create the individual movies they want as long as they make sure it fits into the overall world, I cant be arsed having multiple jokers, multiple Batmans etc to keep track of, just get your shit together and make this work.

From the BTS looks of Gunn's metropolis, he's going for the retro futuristic n civilians clothing ala superman the animated series.Unless reeves does some retooling with the batman universe mainly Gotham looking like art deco style like Bruce timm animated series or noir futuristic like the Arkham city game with zeppelin flying overhead. Then I can see a match-up of cornswet n Pattinson when scenes switch from metro to Gotham n back again during the movie..But the way as is now..hard no.
