FlexiSpot Ergonomic C7 Chair:

A Gaming PC for just $340 sounds too good to be accurate, but in typical ToastyBros fashion, we're here to show you how to do it! The best part is this is a super easy build because the system is basically ready out of the box, you just need to add the RX 6600 and 1TB SSD! And yes it will play eSports and AAA titles at 1080P!

I've watched all your recent PC build videos with no intention on building one because you guys make it relaxing to watch 😂

For that price you can build an am4 b450 system but you'll be on a platform with tons of upgrade options, supported bios and windows updates, and it will perform way better

Theres an important factor missing from the “ Price per Point average / Pricing/ value/ Whatever “ when they value computers on this channel. “Age is never factored in”. A. This platform is 10 years old. B. Odds are the computer ran all day in a work environment for 8, 9ish years and in the process of aging out. C. Toasty’s invested $340 in the build, for around $500 / 30% more. You could build a brand new AM4 or Intel i3 12 gen that outperforms the Workstation significantly. D. Newer builds will receive driver & bios support long into the future. The workstations are no longer supported. E. The CPU and GPU upgrade paths are long in tooth with a new build. F. The workstations are what they are, old school.G. The workstations remain abundant for a reason. You be the judge.

I have that exact graphics card. Bought it last year for $180 new on Newegg. Very solid 1080p card.

Those saying "the hardware is to old and won't perform well" are people who haven't bought one of these and used it. I have a Precision T5810 and Lenovo P520 and they work absolutely great. They play most, but not all AAA titles are very good frame rates. I run quad channel ram in both with 128GB of ram because the dells on ecc ram on ebay are great.

FYI: both x16 slots on the Z440 are running x16 PCIe Gen 3
Something to keep in mind if running Gen 4 x8 cards.

With that being a Xeon you have a lot of PCI lanes, the E5 1650 V3 can handle 40. In my PfSense machine, an old Dell T3500 with a Xeon X5690, I put a PCIe NVMe adapter card. So a computer with SATA-2 can have the speed of an NVMe.

You should do something around the 1, 000 to 1, 500 range. Something worth buying that will last you 7 to 10 years. Give us quite a few options to choose from.

I bought a z440 for $120 off FB Marketplace because of your older videos showcasing them. Absolutely love it! Thanks for all you do!

I usually keep cheap 3.5 to 2.5 drive adapters on hand for data SSD mounting. 😊

Fun fact. You can overclock the 1650 with Intel XTU if you want squeeze a little more performance for the money. I was able to run the 1650v2 at 4.4Ghz all core. The 1650V, V2 and V3 are fully unlocked. :)

I paid $50 more, and got the 6800 with 16gig of memory.

I'd really recommend finding that extra $50 in the couch. Or take back the last couple months of beer cans.

The 6800 is a VR beast!
