Hello. Thank you for an informative overview of the various models. One thing I'd like to clarify for viewers. When discussing the USB ports you say "Gigabytes/GB" several times when referring to the 5 and 10 Gigabits/Gb (per second) transfer speeds. Huge difference, as these are 5Gbps/10Gbps ports. 10Gbps = 1, 250MB = 1.25GB, and 5Gbps = 625MB. Still fast, but max 1.25GB/second

Thanks for the reviews Patrick. I'm hip deep in dongles (they seem to reproduce when the lights are off), and I've discovered that my UGREEN devices have been the most reliable.

with the new MacBook, for me it is not so much limited # ports but having to plug in and unplug all the time. That's why a dock works for me - one cable. in the market for new MacBook and plan on getting a thunderbolt hub at same time. UGREEN is high on the list at the moment, along with the popular TS3/TS4 from the other brand.

That's interesting about your comments of multiplying thunderbolt devices. I don't have any thunderbolt devices but have found it is challenging to find a dock with multiple of them.

Since I got my Mac Mini M2 (not pro) I have been in dire need for more TB4 ports. It's borderline unusable considering everything using those ports these days. I looked into the obvious TS4 of course, but this looks like a good option. Too bad they are all so darn expensive. But I like the direction UGREEN is taking these days.

Hello, Patrick. Thanks for the video, very helpful. But let me ask you a quick question, please, because apparently UGreen themselves can't answer.
I am looking at the Max 213 as an option to have everything connected to a single device and to have a single cable to my Mac, a MBP 2019 16 inches, last Intel. And I want to know if I can use my Mac just like yours, in clamshell mode, but with 2 x 4K 60Hz displays and DisplayLink driver loaded automatically at boot time. Do you think it will work properly?
