If anyone threatens you that they will leak the private pictures you once sent to them in confidence, don’t be scared!

Even though I know it’s scary, you have the law on your side.

☝🏻There are many laws to protect the victim :-
The accused can be held liable under different sections of the IT (Information Technology) Act and IPC (Indian Penal Code).

🔹Under IPC-
👉🏻Section 503 - CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION ( If they're threatening you )

👉🏻Section 383 - EXTORTION ( If they're threatening you to share nudes that you’ve sent them unless you send them money )

👉🏻Section 354(c) - This Section states that if any man captures or shares the image of women in private space would be punished.

🔹Under IT ACT -
Section 67B– This Section provides for punishment for publishing or transmitting material depicting children in the sexually explicit act, etc., in electronic form.

👉🏻Section 67A– The Section provides for punishment for publishing or transmitting material containing the sexually explicit act, etc. in electronic form

ONE SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT IF THEY'RE FACING SUCH THINGS

☝🏻Where they can file?
🔹Cyber cells- They are specially established to help the victims of cybercrime.

🔹If there is no cyber cell in the area where you live, you can file an FIR at a local police station. If you are facing any issue in getting your FIR filed, you can approach the police commissioner as it is a compulsion for the police station to register an F.I.R.

🔹The National Commission for women- This organization’s role is to help the victims of online harassment to deal with the police.

So if something like this happens to you, please do not stay quiet.

This just happened to me. I fell victim for this one woman she’s 26 I’m 31 we’re really talking up a good conversation and I ask her what she’s looking for in life she tells me her story she lost a boyfriend to a car accident then she’s telling me a bit on the conversation she didn’t have sex in years. She was feeling horny. She wanted to video chat. She was asking if I could help out so we were doing the stuff on there. She was playing around I was playing around and then all of a sudden noticed I was being screen recorded and tons of my social media apps are popping up, then I was being threatened. She was gonna post it on Facebook through my contacts fuck I was panicking demanding $500 pay or post was the text that was saying all you have to do is just hold your ground and not give him like this woman is saying this is me 30 minutes after, so hopefully, my work colleagues and family and friends don’t see nothing. I don’t wanna be embarrassed in life genuinely I thought this was a real person with a heart. I thought she was lonely. I was caught up in the mood. I’m a fucking man after all, not having luck finding any long-term relationships. I was up for a little video. Chat fling but this fucking hurts long-distance and in person relationships can fuck you more ways than you can realize this person just wanted to pay off some student loans and shit
