1.Starting with specific vocabulary: extremely daily to my life. like analyze my life.
2.Focus on speaking from the very beginning: like the daily words, grabbing my phone and set a timer for the cooking time.
3.Don't buy a ton of grammar books: just research essential grammar that you need it to speak or write something you want to share.
4.Choose an accent and focus on it: don't need to speak all type of accent. just understand it enough.
5.Learn informal English and slang: help you catch up the popular thing recently.
6.Shadow People: learn it from people you are interested in, and imitate them to feel the same on how are they talking about.
7.Read out loud: help you to understand the sentence, or the pronunciation you can use it to your life or learning.

This is what I have done and, in my humble opinion, is the most effective way to learn it.

1.- Learn new vocabulary by repeating aloud real life conversational sentences organised by grammar topics with intend mimicking native speakers.
2.- Watch everyday a movie, tv show or documentary, that you have already watched in your language, in English with subs in English.
3.- Write everyday a short essay, article or review about any topic. When you finish ask GTP to rewrite it in correct English. Compare, Take your own notes and rewrite it again by yourself.
4.- Read audiobooks. Every other chapter read it aloud with intend imagining you are speaking to an audience. Don't look up for the words you don't know, instead, keep reading as the same word will eventually appear in so many different contexts that you will be able to deduce its meaning by the context.
5.- Take a couple of good English grammar/exam books, practice everyday for at least 30min and work your way through from beginning to end.
6.- Meet up with English speakers, in person or online, and practice what you have learnt. If you are unable to do so, just talk to yourself in English.
7.- listen to podcasts or radio shows that you like while cooking and work out.
8.- Watch TV or play video games in English when you are bored.
9.- Change your phone and laptop into English.
10.- When you get to upper-intermediate level try to get into a relationship with a native Speaker.

It takes from 2 to 5 years to get fluent depending on your current level and how much effort you put in. It is far better to be consistent and practice 20min everyday than study 2 days a week for 5 hours.

Remember that there is not defeat in the heart of those who fight until the end. Hard work always pays off.

I really enjoy your channel. Could you please make a video about your routine for learning Spanish? I would appreciate it if you could talk about things like:

How do you study?
What do you listen to?
What do you read?
What do you watch?

These golden tips are tremendously helpful and so practically true❤❤❤❤❤
1/ dont learn traditionally : learning by heart the basics( all animals names just learn what is relevant to you and daily used expressions instead
2/ focus from the beginning on the specific accent you like to pick up and make your target goal from the get go, to use the vocab orally .meaning, try to speak from the beginning with the limited words u have .like videotape yourself talking for 15 minutes daily about ur life / updates

3/ dont get occupied with grammar that much ! Just try to read nd it will do the job perfectly of teaching you the structure.
