completely agree with the crew making a difference if they are stellar. i flew from lax-jfk, in f/ship first recently, and the television did not work the entire flight. the flight attendant was the real star of the trek to jfk. upon landing, between flights, i was able to experience the f/first dining, and the gentleman who took care of me was so great and recommended items before i began ordering. safe travels

Nicely shot video, but I'll find another video about this service that uses narration. Not interested in reading lots of captions that take my eyes off what your showing. Maybe it's my slow dyslexic reading, combined with this small cell phone screen, but if you narrate future videos I suspect you will have more views overall. You have the script written, just read it out loud.
