I don't care what haters say about these movies, but Alice is awesome, this is much better than the recent Resident Evil movie and series where the characters are unrecognizable. At least her movie is from the perspective of another survivor we never knew.

1:26 there's so much meaning behind this scene it's insane. On one hand it's the inane zombie stuff, but on the other hand it's a metaphor. The girl is a "depressive" malcontent wearing blue. She's a broken person, she bumps into someone (Alice) looking for an emotional connection. Alice recognizes she's not like the others. And like all broken people, she lashes out at others to stop feeling inferior to them. She ends up biting the cookie-cutter looking guy who looks like he has his life together, as a way to regain her dignity. Alice then realizes the world isn't normal again, she's back in the hellworld where she has to fight off broken people and reprobates.
