Hi Piotr - i have recently moved into a new home that has this unit. It worked fine for a while but all of a sudden it stopped working. I have had an electrician look at the wiring and there is power going to the unit. I have changed the battery on the Keygo fob however there are no lights showing on the unit/ Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi there, I have lost my garage door remote & i’m worried someone will find it and break in to my garage. Is there any way to clear the memory of the receiver so if you lose a remote to stop the lost remote from working? Thanks in advance

Hi I wonder if you could help, I have the same configuration of door and receiver. My door works fully when I press the up/open button, but close’s intermittently every couple of seconds.
I’ve changed the battery in the door sensor, but still the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

What about when programming - you press the remote button with the prog light on the receiver illuminated and it doesn't flash, just stays on? Tried a new battery. Do I need a new remote control? All the LED's work as expected, it just won't work.

Hi Piotr my garage door won’t move up or down anymore and number one is just flashing on the control panel. Anything you can suggest please ?

My somfy garage door won't move up or down after 3 sec out and 8 sec in and 3 sec out ..
The issue is that my remote key fob opens garage door but won't close it. Keeps stopping on way down. To close fully I need to press and hold down button on control panel to fully close . Advice please

Can you clear all saved remotes and add new ones? To save any previous remotes holders from having access?
