Hi there!! How can you customize the Cricut Joy Insert Card cards? When you pick one in Design Space, it only allows you to Make It, not customize...can you do a video with the Cricut Joy and customizing the cards please!!!! Love you videos by the way!!

Hi there! This video is super helpful! I am having some smearing issues with the pen. I am using the same vinyl material and same pen and when some of the labels turned out just fine and other the letters smeared. Why is this?

Hi, I just got a new joy and tried to create labels on the permanent smart vinyl however my pen seems to have dried out. There are some faint lines and not much else. The lines that were there smudged while the joy moved onto the next label. I then started again but the pen didn't work at all. Do you have any tips?

With labels, like you're doing or stickers (not sublimating) I can use regular ink not my sub ink, right???? Thks
