Maker's Workbench Should Have This | GIACO

This is the best workbench for my needs and I look forward to abusing it for a long time. It's a MAKER WORKBENCH, not specifically for woodworking but all kind o projects a maker work with. I just love it.

The built in vac, even as tiny as it is, awesome. Careful with that hose, I have the same one and it snapped right where the hard plastic meets on the vacuum side. Nice work bench - the drawer in a drawer - I’ve always thought about it, but never executed it. I am looking forward to seeing how you get on with this.

We use a bakers rack at the office to store projects like that. It's a life changer if you work on several efforts concurrently. I like your addition of air and vac! CHOW!!!

Just got mine in a few hours ago and really happy. Currently I'm thinking of some type of spring loaded roller system so I can have it roll up when I'm not needing it cuz man this thing is big.

I missed these little updates, nice to have you back. The bench looks great. I do something similar with long term projects. I have a bookshelf where I store them until I can get back to them again. They are quite visible to remind me they need to be finished.

If I were you, I would strap a Instax directly on the workbench, and take photos of every drawers, then tape te Instax on the drawer front.
Sometimes if I don't see the project I'm working on, I forgets them.

What's the paint or coloring? I'm always worried about it just getting destroyed. I ended up with 3/8 stainless sheet and use healing mats. I use the sheet metal so I can use suction cups for stuff.
