Frankly, comparing the two brands is like apples and oranges. OnePlus is all about affordable high-end flagships. Conversely, Nothing is all about being the disco ball of the mid-range sector. Obviously, they both have their place in the market but, they're very different from each other.

Those clear cases scratch badly and so do the stem of the buds. While other companies are trying to reduce plastic (Apple at least), wanting to stay unique would make them use plastic much more.

Nothing has the opportunity to be what Oneplus could have been had it not been for Oppo's/BBKs influence... Give this brand a few years to mature and i think they will be producing some of the best unique flagships. I dont care for midrange devices personally so Nothing doesnt interest me yet.
