Condo Kitchen Makeover With The Home Depot

Sarah Crawford was tired of her dull kitchen with its worn-out wood, aging appliances and stainless steel backsplash. The layout was awkward and the countertops were rough and impractical. The Home Depot Canada stepped in to give the space a Shaker-style revamp! A gleaming white subway tile backsplash reflects plenty of light and gives the kitchen a bright, fresh look. Black pendants create contrast, while brand new appliances are reliable, sleek and modern. Velvet blue and creamy white paint transform the dated blond wood cabinets and complement the floor tile. The result: an airy, light-filled hub with premium appliances and classic yet modern style.

This is like Studio McGee in a budget. I love it. I love how they worked with the existing flooring and used a vintage style rug. I loved the mixed metals which is usually hard to get right.

The Kitchen Was 90's And Early 2000 Style Whit More Caractere, Feel Good.
Just Changing The Appliances And Hardware, New Countertop, Painting The Cabinets In White Is The Best Deal To Make A Timeless Taste.

I really like the overall layout of your Kitchen! I have the exact same hard rock flooring throughout my entire condo, and we absolutely hate it. It's hard to keep clean, tough on the feet due to its jagged edges (we try to wear sandals), uneven for placing furniture, and unsafe for my little ones. We've tried using rugs, but we can only use so many. I also don't like the look and color of the flooring. We had it running in our back bathtub area walls, and it looked like a dark, ugly cave. It was hard to clean. Not sure what genius thought this looks nice. We eventually had it replaced with nice, lighter, modern tile. I think maybe the rock flooring would be good for the entry area only. Anyway, we are looking to replace it, but it's very expensive to remove at this time.
