FIKA! I have been enjoying this concept for years. No paper cups or drinking on the go but relishing the moments. Hot coffee in the colder months, and iced coffee in the warmer months.

I was just enjoying a fika without realizing I was enjoying a fica! Thank you for the extra bit of education. It's good to know that I've been indulging in slow living for some time although trying to get members of my family to slow down has been a somewhat larger challenge. I love all the elements involved in this movement as there is no one look or way to do this but as many looks and ways as there are people! Thank you, Liz, for your wonderful videos and advice!
