मयि सर्वाणि कर्माणि सन्न्यस्याध्यात्मचेतसा ।
निराशीर्निर्ममो भूत्वा युध्यस्व विगतज्वरः ॥ ३० ॥

mayi sarvāṇi karmāṇi
sannyasyādhyātma-cetasā
nirāśīr nirmamo bhūtvā
yudhyasva vigata-jvaraḥ

Therefore, O Arjuna, surrendering all your works unto Me, with full knowledge of Me, without desires for profit, with no claims to proprietorship, and free from lethargy, fight.

Here Shri Krishna is telling about the bhakti yoga and saying to Arjuna that all his work surrender on Krishna by not claiming properitiership and not any profit from it.
If we do work for pleasure of Shri Krishna we will not attached with the result of it and not great stuck in the birth and death cycle.
We should surrender our work on Shri Krishna by not the desire of profit and not claiming properitiership to it because all things belong to Shri Krishna and we have to serve with this.

One has to sacrifice everything for the good will of the Supreme Lord, and at the same time discharge prescribed duties without claiming proprietorship, without desiring fruitive results.
