सदृशं चेष्टते स्वस्याः प्रकृतेर्ज्ञानवानपि ।
प्रकृतिं यान्ति भूतानि निग्रहः किं करिष्यति ॥ ३३ ॥

sadṛśaṁ ceṣṭate svasyāḥ
prakṛter jñānavān api
prakṛtiṁ yānti bhūtāni
nigrahaḥ kiṁ kariṣyati

Here Shri Krishna is telling that the person who is full of knowledge of the material world but he do work according to the three modes of nature. A person who is externally show that he is has so knowledge but internally he is under the control of three modes of nature.
But a Krishna consciousness can help to get rid of it. If under the guidance of spiritual master we follow Krishna consciousness we can break the bondage of this world.
