Russia fires experimental ballistic missile at central Ukraine, Putin says

Russian President Vladimir Putin says he tested a new intermediate-range missile in a strike on Ukraine. The new attack follows Ukrainian strikes on Russian soil this week that used U.S.-made long-range missiles. CBS News senior national security correspondent Charlie D'Agata is following the conflict from the Pentagon.

The meaning of these " new" missles is to show that Russia has the capacity to have to launch the weapon capable of going anywhere in the world undetected by the current army's counteract capacity. Period. Those 6 ballistic explosions carried by one " oreshnik" head, supposed to carry a nuclear heads. But they're didn't. This time around. Who is in the " know" get the " picture".
