I like the plasmoid. It seems thematic and fun. I think it could make for some fun/interesting roleplay possibilities. I could also see some DMs using its abilities - like Amorphous or Hold Breath - to come up with unique environmental puzzles. I would have liked it to have something besides Dark Vision though.

When mine arrives I will make a hexblade with mage armor and disguise self. Pact of the blade and you have the t1000 warlock style

There seems to be no limit on how many pseudopods you can have, im assuming that's not intentional.

Can plasmoids talk? Like common. Would be interesting but limiting on role playing if you have to write everything down in character. Also I wonder if a plasmoid could hold key items in it by eating them

A climbing speed would be nice, but overall I'm loving the new race. Do you have any idea why they're trying to match up different movement speeds?
