Finally, the utility of State Nations as global organization way is continuing to be asked. If you want a global governement then you need a global healt care sistem to support its workers. THE OMS migth be doing that job but clearly needs not only legal but sistemic worldwide change. Discrimination is then not only seen in the racial way but the geographical one. Having in consideration that there is discrimination inside races. THE WORLD should meet another social contract as well as society becomes more complicated.
