Artificial sweeteners are horrible for you. Yes, excess sugar (including honey, agave, rice syrup, corn syrup) is detrimental to your health, but artificial sweeteners come with a host of detrimental effects, including tricking your pancreas' and digestive systems and contributing to increased risk of cancers. Moderation works.
